Urban Drift Return Policy

SIMPLE & RELIABLE

Olympic Breeze provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most simple way


12-Month Warranty: Olympic Breeze offers 12 months for the scooter and 6 months for the battery. We take care of quality-related issues with a Replacement Parts.

Returning Products Within 30 Days of Purchase


Any new, unopened and unused product purchased on OlympicBreeze.com can be returned within 30 days for a refund (to original method of payment). Customer is responsible for return shipping fees on all orders and ensuring that the product arrives undamaged.

Products purchased through Olympic Breeze must follow the return policies of Olympic Breeze and cannot be returned to Urban Drift directly.


1. Accessories Return has to include all accessories
2. Package Return requires original packaging


When do we execute the refund?
Upon receipt of the return package (if the customer returns the product to our warehouse)

Refunds for delivery costs
1. For non-defective products/No-longer needed Products, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping fee $50-$100/pc when we are making a refund.


2.For defective products, Olympic Breeze is responsible for return shipping cost.
Refund time limit We will not able to accept the full refund after 30 days.
The refund would be 40%-80%, it depends on the actual problem and situation.

Shipping fee can not be refunded.
Return RMA validity
30 days (from the date the RMA was created)

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from Olympic Breeze within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment.

To request an RMA, contact Olympic Breeze Service Team at support@olympicbreeze.com Olympic Breeze is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves

In order to return, you must do the following:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from Olympic Breeze within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request an RMA, contact Olympic Breeze Service Team at support@olympicbreeze.com. Olympic Breeze is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

In order to process your return, you must mail back your scooter in its original box with its original packing materials, after you receive our confirmation . No returns will be accepted without the original packing material. The scooter also need to be cleaned before shipping out.

REFUND

We offer 90 days Warranty for manufacturer defect that come with the product.
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Olympic Breeze will repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, OR, exchange the product with an equivalent product that is new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.


1. The product cannot be used for rental or commercial use.
2. The product cannot be used for competition
3. The Limited 90 Day Warranty only covers parts or issues due to manufacturer defects
4. Manufacturer defect Accept full refund & partial refund
5.The customer cancels the order before the package is shipped, Customer will be charged $40 Cancellation Administration Fee
6. The customer provides the wrong delivery address. The customer needs to pay an extra cost for resend
7. Receive wrong goods FREE to exchange or full refund
8. Damaged or missing accessories Free to send corresponding accessories or accept a partial refund
9. The package cannot be delivered or missing Accept resend or full refund
10. The customer refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues or does not want the package
We will deduct the shipping fee $50-$100 when we are making a refund or the customer needs to pay an extra cost for resend

For different time periods
1. Within 30 days: we will deduct the deliver shipping fee $50-100/unit and return shipping fee $50-100/unit when we are making a refund for non-defective products/No-longer needed Products.

2. 31-120 days: The refund would be 30%-80%, it depends on the actual problem and situation. Shipping fee can not be refunded.

3. Over 120 days: Refunds are not acceptable; Accept exchange new product

Damage & Protection
Unless reported prior to the return/exchange, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product arrives undamaged and in working condition. Products returned in heavily used condition, with un-reported damages or without original packaging are subjected to an additional restocking fee amounting up to 50% of the original product purchase price.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges after purchase are paid by the customer. Customers requesting exchanges under the warranty program are responsible for the shipping cost.

Compensation time-frame
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

Note:
Express shipping cost is non-refundable.
We don't refund after your order has shipped out.
