Return Policy
We offer a simple return policy on all of our products, in accordance to the regulations of product return. This means that if the customer decides they do not want the product, due to it being faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to, they must do so within 14 days of purchase. They then have 14 days to return the product. We, at Tzora, also require that the scooter, and it’s box, is kept in pristine condition if a customer wishes to return it. Furthermore, the customer will be required to pay for the initial delivery of the scooter, as well as the delivery of the return of the scooter. The return delivery may be performed independently by the customer, or can be provided by Tzora at cost-price.
