PreOrder FAQ

PRE ORDERS CAN BE REFUNDED ANYTIME BEFORE SHIPMENT

Preorder refers to an item that is out of stock, but will be coming back in stock at a later date. Olympic Breeze offers you the option to purchase an item that is listed on the website as a Preordered item that will ship once it is back in stock.

Payment for Preorder

When making a preorder purchase online, full payment is required for us to hold this item for you. Once the item has become available, your order will ship and be delivered. If you were to cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a  refund subject to a 2.6% administrative fee.

Expected Shipping Date

We estimate an item's shipping date to the best of our ability. Please keep in mind that there are things outside of our control and that delays may occur. Should there be any delays to the product's availability date, you will be notified via email.

We understand that sometimes timing is critical, so if you wish to cancel your backorder, please send your request to contact@olympicbreeze.com and include your order number. You may also contact our customer service department at 207-330-6888.

 

Returns on Preorders

Due to the nature of preorders, we understand that the delivery of your purchase will be delayed. All items that are purchased as a preorder, are subject to the brands return window from the day the item is received. We require that the item is in new condition, meaning free from any scratches or damages and once we receive the item back we will check the items conditions in order to proceed with a refund which might take 7 business days.
