Return due to quality issues:
Within 14 days: NAKTO will pay the shipping cost of the return. Customer do not need pay any restock fee.
More than 14 days ：
14days ~ 2 months customer will get 80 % refund
3 ~ 4 months customer will get 60 % refund
5 ~ 6 months customer will get 50 % refund
Returns due to non-quality issues with 14 days:1. Customer contacts the express company to return. We wouldn't make any return label.
2. Customer brings the bike to our warehouse.(We suggest you are in CA).
3. We make the return label. Customer needs bear the re-stock fee.
