All steam showers and bathtubs carry a (10) ten year parts warranty against manufacturer defects and we carry all replacement parts in stock at our California based warehouse and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you.
Replacement parts can be ordered by emailing a picture of the part to support@olympicbreeze.com or calling our service department at (855) 256-2579 and we recommend that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare part. Olympic Breeze does not accept any responsibility or liability for the installation of spare parts and the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and or accidental damages.
