How far can i go on a single charge?

The range depends on each bike model and several other factors such as the weight of the rider, the type grade of he terrain, wind speed and direction, tire pressure, temperature, cargo, etc. The average range on a fully charged battery is between 20 and 30 Miles. To get the best possible range the rider must pedal along with the P.A.S. Riding on throttle alone will considerably reduce the milage.

What is the maximum speed?

The maximum speed is limited to 20 mph, some states regulate the use of electric bicycles on public roads on paths differently. Most EMOJO bikes fall into the Class 2 Category which means they have motors smaller than 750 Watts, could be operated without pedaling and do not exceed 20 mph with the motor power alone.

How long does it take to fully charge a depleted battery?

Typical battery full charging time is 5 hrs.

Do i need a special license or register my vehicle with the dmv?

Although we encourage you to check your local laws at all times our products are designed with a limited top speed of 20 mph when propelled by the motor only and the motor is smaller than 750 watts, our products are still considered regular electric bicycles and do not require special license, registration or liability insurance. Always check your local laws and regulations for access to public bicycle roads and paths.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

Payload varies depending on the model, consult your model specifications for maximum user weight and extra load. The average maximum weight on EMOJO bikes is 330 Lbs, this includes any additional cargo.

What kind of warranty do our bicycles have?

Each vehicle has a limited warranty for 1 year from the time of the purchase and 3 months of labor. Consult your warranty terms in your user manual for more details.

I ordered a complete bike, how is it packed? How much assembly is required?

All of our bikes are partially assembled leaving only some components needing to be installed. The bicycle comes in a single carton box with all its components inside, in most cases you will need to assemble the front wheel, seat, handlebar and lights if included, this process should not take more than 2 hours no matter the skill level.

I need to return or exchange, what is the process?

Can I request to expedite a shipment?

You may but expedite shipping will create exponential shipping fees what would have to be covered by the customer. You can request it before buying and we will provide you with the shipping cost for expedite service. Rush shipping on some accessories is possible, however on batteries and e-bikes, ground service would be the only available choice.
