LIFETIME WARRANTY:
All BBO Poker Tables products are protected by our lifetime warranty on all non- consumable parts, including structural and hardware integrity. Our lifetime warranty excludes consumable materials such as foam, layouts and armrests, which are subject to normal wear and tear.
Replacement layouts and materials are available for purchase on our website.
RETURN POLICY:
All products are eligible for return up to 30 days of the date of delivery. All return shipping charges are the responsibilities of the customer and custom orders (poker and game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are non-refundable.
BEFORE PRODUCTION:
Custom orders (poker and game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are 100% refundable and cancellable without a fee for 72 hours. After 72 hours, a 15% cancellation fee on the entire order will be applied as we will begin preparing your custom materials for production.
AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED:
Change of mind requests or cancellations on custom products (poker and game tables with custom armrest material or custom layouts) are subject to a 30% cancellation fee on the entire order after the order has been confirmed and production has begun.
